Weight Loss Diet Program - Review

There so many different types of diets that it can be frustrating to figure out which diet is the one that will work on you. What I will do is show a guide to what most diets follow. Lets establish what are the causes that make us are overweight. The most simple reasons for overweight is the wrong foods we consume, the wrong type of calories per meal, and eating meals in the wrong patterns. This means that the type of food we consume can either make us THIN OR FAT. Also, intervals at which we eat food during the day plays a role in whether we end up thin or fat. So by eating the RIGHT FOODS at the RIGHT INTERVALS can actually make us SLIM. Eating a low calorie diet will not work because when we consume fewer calories our bodies will adjust our metabolism by burning fewer calories. Lets say we consume about 2,500 calories a day then our metabolism will burn 2,500 calories, but then we start a diet where we consume fewer calories, like 1,000 then our metabolism will adjust and burn 1,000 calories and not lose any weight. Low carb diets makes us feel miserable because most low carb diets are what I call undercover starving diets where we are only allowed to eat or limited to 20 to 400 grams of net carbs per day. Starving our bodies makes us feel more miserable then being overweight and starving is not healthy. So we need to eat the right foods at the right intervals which lead to slimmer and healthier human beings. There are 2 types of fat burning hormones which are released after every meal into our bloodstream which control the fat burning and fat storage. These hormones determine to either burn the fat or store the fat depending on the wrong or right type of foods we eat and the intervals we eat during the day. These hormones are manipulated by our diet, the foods we eat and the number of intervals we eat. This technique is known as calorie shifting. What this means is that we consume different types of calories each day which confuses our metabolism and forces faster fat loss to happen and it burns the calories being eaten and then switches to burn our fat tissues as well. Of course, for this dieting technique to work we need to eat foods that are FAT BURNING COMPATIBLE which means the foods we eat will burn easily and then our metabolism will switch to burn our fat tissues.
